Class commences 7.20pm
In this class I will show you how to cook the perfect roast chicken and gravy to go with it. We will make perfect crispy and fluffy roasties, gorgeous vegetable side dishes and a truly scrumtious light stuffing.
All of the above are easy and straightforward but the timing of them is crucial. I talk you through how to plan so that everything is finished at the same time, what you can keep hot or reheated and what needs to be done last minute.
I will give you a schedule of the meal as a whole and of course at the end we will all sit down and have a good feed! Come hungry!
