Class will commence at 7.30pm

In this class we will bake lots of different flavour cupcakes in various sizes. We will then learn how to make butter icing in different flavours and colours.
Once everything is prepared we will move on to decorating the cakes in lots of different styles and colours and use loads of sparkles, sprinkles, glitter, flowers, sweets and much much more to make them mini pieces of art. I wil also give you a display box for 6 of your cupcakes but please bring another box with you as we will make a lot more than 6 each.

The classes take place in Classes Lake in Ballincollig and the cost is different for each – if the class is still booking then the price should be at the bottom where you add to cart. The prices range from 45 to 55 euro and I supply everything. In the savoury classes you would have to come hungry as there is a lot to eat and everyone tucks in. Its like having a dinner party and cooking class combined. The cupcake class is slightly different in that people don’t eat everything but take home everything they make and usually that can be in excess of a dozen cupcakes. The price of the cupcake night is 45 euro. I hope this helps.
