Class will commence at 7.30pm
Duration approx 2 hours
In this class we will cook a three course meal from scratch and have our own dinner party while doing it. I use recipes that are packed with flavour but that are really uncomplicated and the ingredients should all be easily available.

Caramelised onion and Goats cheese tart with a balsamic glaze and side salad
Chicken wrapped in Parma ham and stuffed with Porcini mushrooms, Spinach and cream cheese in a Porcini jus
Seasonal vegetables and a potato dish
Lemon meringue mousse
