“We hired Margaret in September 2010 to provide “some nibbles” for the grand opening of our new wine warehouse in Cork.
Well, “some nibbles” turned into a gourmet banquet! Turning up with a massive spread of canapes, antipasto and various other hors d’oeuvres, our VIP guests were treated to the very best of local and international ingredients, expertly put together in imaginative and mouthwatering ways. My only complaint was that we had more people raving about the food than we did about the wine!!
